Description

The ACPL-P3.0/W3.0 contains an AlGaAs LED, which is optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power Output stage. This Optocoupler is ideally suited for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs used in motor control inverter applications. The high operating Voltage range of the Output stage provides the Drive Voltages required by Gate controlled devices. The Voltage and high peak Output Current supplied by this Optocoupler make it ideally suited for direct driving IGBT with ratings up to 1200 V / 50 A. For IGBTs with higher ratings, this Optocoupler can be used to Drive a discrete power stage which Drives the IGBT Gate. The ACPL-P3.0 and ACPL-W3.0 have the highest insulation Voltage of VIORM = 891 Vpeak and VIORM = 1140 Vpeak respectively in the IEC/ EN/DIN EN 60747-5-2.

DESCRIPTION

The LTC®1152 is a high performance, low power zero-drift op Amp featuring an input stage that common modes to both power supply rails and an Output stage that provides Rail-to-Rail swing, even into heavy loads.
