EMCORE’s Model 1935 DFB lasers offer a low cost solution for linear fiber optic links. These components can be cooled with external thermo-electric coolers for high stability, or run without TEC’s to reduce power consumption. The DFB laser builds upon Ortel’s long history of high performance, leading edge designs in CATV, wireless, and high speed digital applications. The laser diode devices are packaged in a compact hermetic assembly together with monitor photodiode and isolator, for flexible integration into various transmitter configurations.

LOW-VOLTAGE, HIGH-CURRENT 1.8 V LINEAR REGULATOR

The SI-3018LSA is designed to meet the requirement for increased integration and reliability in low-voltage, high-current, linear regulator applications such as personal computers (PCs) and set-top boxes. Each device incorporates a MONOLITHIC low-level reference and control circuit with a high-current pnp transistor in a power multi-chip module (PMCM™). Regulated output voltages of 2.5 V or 3.3 V are also available.

SI-8000TM series has 300kHz oscillation frequency, so it contributes miniaturization of a chalk coil.
Therefore, it realizes a compact and high efficient power supply together with TO 252-5 package (compatible:SC-63) .
SI-8000TM series has the function required for switching regulators and protection circuits such as over-current, and overheating.
With only four discrete components, it realizes a high efficient switching regulator without adjustment.
