I Q crosstalk is determined from the gain and phase match by the following formula.
Crosstalk = 20* Log (tan(phase error + Atan (1+amplitude imbalance) -45°)).
Over specified gain dynamic range, 1Kand 15pF load up to 30MHz baseband.
Over specified gain dynamic range, 1Kand 15pF load up to 15MHz baseband.
Over specified gain dynamic range, 1Kand 15pF load up to 30MHz baseband.
The device should not be operated beyond the point of output clipping since gain match may be
compromised.
* Operating temperature range for the SL1714 is 0°C to 70°C. This applies to applications featuring a double sided
copper board. For other applications not using such a board, the maximum operating temperature may be
reduced. Operating temperature range for the SL1714C is 0° to 85°C.
Operation above the recommended IQ output level may result in outputs with harmonic performance degraded.
