Note) 1. All the AVDD power supply pins must be connected to each other directly.
2. All the AVSS and DVSS power supply pins must be connected to each other directly.
3. When first applying power, first apply the DVDD voltage, then apply the logic input pin signal levels, and then apply
the AVDD voltage. After that apply the VOP and VREF reference voltages. When cutting the power, remove these
voltages in the reverse order.
