Notes:
1. All dimensioning and tolerancing conform to ASME Y14.5M-1994
2. Dimensions “D1” and “E1” do not include mold protrusion, allowable protrusion is 0.25 mm per side,
dimensions “D1” and “E1” do include mold mismatch and are determined at datum plane “H”.

7. Dimension “b” do not include dambar protrusion. The dambar protrusion(s) shall not cause the lead
width to exceed “B” maximum by more than 0.08 mm. Dambar cannot be located on the lower
radius or the lead foot.
8. “A1” is defined as the distance from the seating plane to the lowest point of the package body.
