Instrumentation Amplifier Reference Pin. It should be driven with a low impedance. Output is

referred to this pin.

Negative Power Supply. Connect to ground in single-supply applications.

Positive Power Supply.

Chip Select. Enables digital logic interface.

Gain Setting Bit (LSB).
