2. TOLERANCE AND VOLTAGE DESIGNATION
The type numbers listed have zener voltage min/max limits as shown.
3. REVERSE ZENER VOLTAGE (VZ)
Reverse zener voltage is measured under pulse conditions such that TJ is no more than 2above TA.
4. ZENER IMPEDANCE (ZZ) DERIVATION
ZZT is measured by dividing the AC voltage drop across the device by the AC current applied. The specified limits are for IZ(AC) =
0.1 IZ(DC) with AC frequency = 60Hz.
