General Description

Fairchild®’s UF series IGBTs provide low conduction and

switching losses. UF series is designed for the applications

such as general inverters and PFC where High Speed

Switching is required feature.

• 12 A, 600 V, TC = 100°C

• Low Saturation Voltage: VCE(sat) = 2.1 V @ IC = 12 A

• Typical Fall Time. . . . . . . . . .220ns at TJ = 125°C
