2.3 Latch-up Data
At an ambient temperature of 25 °C, all pins meet the following specifications:
I trigger = 200 mA or I trigger = -200 mA.
Pin 58 (IT_OUT) does not meet this specification and the trigger current must be limited to
100 mA.
