APPLICATION DATA
The TURBOSWITCHTM ”A” is especially
designed to provide the lowest overall power
losses in any ”Freewhell Mode” application (see
fig. 1) considering both the diode and the
companion transistor, thus optimizing the overall
performance in the end application.
