For the DS1821, the Memory Tab allows the user to read and write the Status/Configuration, TH and TL

registers. The Counter and Slope registers, which are used in calculating the high-resolution temperature,

can also be read.

For the DS2436, the Memory Tab also allows the user to access all 40 bytes of the User Bytes.
