BLACK (1): Blanks the Y IN/C IN signals and sets the R, G and B outputs to black level.

0 = OFF

DY COL OFF (1): Dynamic color ON/OFF

REF (2): Switches the auto cut-off reference pulse position.

ABL (2): ABL mode setting

0 = Picture ABL mode (including protective bright ABL)
