Media Dependent Interface[2].

In 1000BASE-T mode in MDI configuration,

MDI[2]± correspond to BI_DC±.

In MDIX configuration, MDI[2]± corresponds

to BI_DD±.

In 100BASE-TX and 10BASE-T modes,

MDI[2]± are not used.

MDI[2]± should be tied to ground if not used.
